About LWNPS:

Little Wet Noses (LWNPS) has been in business since 2003. We are licensed, insured and bonded.  We are a proud member of Pet Sitters International (PSI) and the National Association for Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS).  We have experience in administering medication, subcutaneous fluids and animal CPR and basic first aid.  We have had the pleasure of working with over 400 hundred clients in the Seattle area since opening in 2003.

Our mission is to provide life long care for your pets. We can assist you in creating a pet guardianship plan in the event that something happens to you and you are no longer able to care for your pet. We will give you an emergency contact card to carry with you that will inform any one that they can contact us if you are incapacitated in any way. We will also help you prepare a disaster plan to organize care for  your animals in an emergency situation or natural disaster.

Little Wet Noses wants to assure you that your pet is getting the best in professional care, and a trusted friend for life.

"I love Nikole – she always confirms our arrangement ahead of time and I love that she emails me cell phone pictures of my cats from her visits (makes me feel just a little closer to home). When I interviewed her I was impressed that she thought of a few things that other sitters didn’t (eg not only what to do if something happens to your animal while you’re away, but what if something happens to you? What should she do with your pet if you don’t come home?). She definitely loves the animals she looks after and will call or email if there is anything untoward (like the time my guys managed to shut themselves in the bathroom – we think we’ve figured out how they did it but at the time we were mystified. Nikole let us know what had happened, and that she’d checked the condo for signs of an intruder as well as checking the cats to make sure they weren’t traumatized from spending the night in the bathroom). The cats are always happy and healthy when I come home after Nikole has sat them, not like when I board them at the vet and their coats go all dull and lifeless and they’re grumpy with me for days afterwards…I think it’s sweet that she leaves little notes with tips (like in spring, what plants are toxic to household animals, and she kept us up to date with the pet food recall situation) and I have no problem leaving her the key to my home – I know she’ll lock up and that she’ll respect my place and my animals."   Lorrin and Toto and Jasper
